Online Seminar: From “micro projects” to “inclusive social start-ups” - how users of social services have become social innovators

Almost 1.5 years ago, we embarked on a journey with eight local social initiatives in the Baltic Sea Region which all had one common goal: delivering previously unavailable social services in rural areas, in a co-creative, end-user driven approach. All eight initiatives started as "micro projects", as small projects which had a clear idea of their aim and purpose (the "what"), but lacked the "how".

Meanwhile, they all successfully transformed into "social start-ups". With SEMPRE Accelerators, they developed sustainable setups for their start-ups, ranging from organisational and leadership structures to start-up financing, from marketing to service development.

Until today, they managed to establish a social coffee shop in Latvia, to sustain a refugee newspaper from Germany and to establish a dog day care as a social enterprise in Sweden - to name but three examples. Register now to join us on 09 March and learn about their journeys!
