Three of the SEMPRE outputs have been revised and published as new, second editions: The SEMPRE Guidebook for Empowerment Training, The Empowerment Handbook and the Organisational Roadmap. Moreover, with the Recommendations for an Inclusive Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, we are happy to present an entirely new catalogue that calls for better framework conditions for social entrepreneurs and social service co-development.
- "Recommendations for an Inclusive Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem": SEMPRE Accelerators calls for inclusive social entrepreneurship ecosystems. This paper is based on our practical experience of empowering marginalised groups to get involved in co-creation of social services and consequently supporting the initiation of social start-ups in the Baltic Sea Region. We provide recommendations for policy and decision-makers to design policies that strengthen the inclusivity and the social dimension of entrepreneurship ecosystems.
- "Empowerment - Making it Happen. A handbook on user involvement in social service design and delivery": The Empowerment Handbook is made for staff of social service providers and everyone who works within social services. It presents empowerment tools that were tested in SEMPRE, examples of their application in the Baltic Sea Region and tips for success when involving users in social service design.
- "Practicing User Involvement - An Organisational Roadmap For Social Service Providers": The Organisational Roadmap is directed at the leadership level of social service providers. It informs them how to start and implement a process leading to more user involvement in organisational practice and social service delivery. There is a "pocket" version and a full-length version available.
- "The SEMPRE Guidebook for Empowerment Training": The SEMPRE partners have piloted training modules that are meant for building the empowerment capacity and knowledge of current and future social workers. In the "SEMPRE Guidebook for Empowerment Training" you will find many useful tips and guidance how to practice empowerment through action learning - an applied methodology of teaching and learning "empowerment".
